Happy Holidays!

Hello;

I apologize for being so late with the Cat's Meow News......as you know, I am spending some time at the animal shelter. Melissa and I are talking on the phone but not overlapping in the store. Fortunately this is a bit slower time for us with Christmas, technically behind us, and Valentine's day just now on the way! We are also looking forward to St. Patricks Day and Easter. We are looking to add some new categories to our inventory so it takes a lot of thought....something I am a bit short on right now. For those who know my involvement with the animal shelter, things are going well. We rescued 5 dogs from a high-kill shelter yesterday, and have also brought in about 10 cats. I am getting things on track for a new manager, which I hope will be soon. 

Melissa and I have been discussing possibly adding some new product categories, and expanding others. As we make those decisions, we will keep you informed, but we are in early stages of thought right now. If there is something you would like to see in the store, or of you don't live nearby but have seen something you think we might like, shoot us a message! New is good....and there is always room for improvement. 

As you know, we had to replace Mari who was going to teach Homey Bee classes at Stamp Escape. We hope she gets through her medical issues and may get to jopin us at another time. I think I have someone lined up to take her spot, and should know next week. I will let you know when we know!

                                                              What's New?

I mentioned Valentine products, coming soon. We are looking at St.Patricks Day and Easter papers, stamps and dies. We are always in the market for masculine themes and embellishments, too. I weel like we have been filling in a lot, and havehad to change vendors for a few products that have disappeared...such as our favorite colored pencil brand. Sometimes we don't realize a product is gone...just think it is out of stock, then no longer available. 

I have been watching the availability of products from Hero Arts since they merged with Spellbinders. I think stock is good except for a few inks. I am sure that will be corrected soon. Shipping is always good from Spellbinders!  The other category we are working on is cardstock. Some of our favorite manufacturers have discontinued some colors, so we are on the hunt!
