Happy Holly Days!

Hi there....
I hope you have your Christmas cards ready to mail, but just in case you don't, we still have plenty of supplies for you to do something quick! We had a wonderful rain storm last night and everything was white at my house this morning....probably a tiny bit of snow but plenty of frost and chunky hail. Just another reason to be glad I have 4 wheel drive!

We have two classes this month that will be quick and easy if you are behind....like me! Melissa chose to make winter themed cards that could be Christmas or any occasion into January. Kathy created her class cards with Graphic 45 paper that is winter themed. Both classes are quick and easy.
At noon, following Melissa's class, we will be having a little Christmas/Year End get together! If you are coming to class, plan to attend...and if you are not able to come to class, come anyway!!!  It will be fun to spend a bit of time with our crafty friends. We will have snacks and  hot cider. We look forward to seeing you!

Well, it is still looking as though we will not attend Creativation 2023. I just checked the vendor list, and although there have been additions, it was not enough to make us want to attend. We still have time to change our minds, but it is not looking good. The additions in our area of interest were a couple of imported embellishment companies. I am familiar with both and have never purchased from them. We are very disappointed as we always have a great time just getting away and chatting in person with our vendors. :(

We have signed up for a couple of virtual shows that will cover many more vendors than will be in Columbus, Ohio.  One is in Mid-January and the other is at the end of February. We should have the opportunity to see all of the post-holiday products and will fill you in as soon as we see what will be coming for spring.

We are working on details for Stamp Escape, and it looks like we have a few open spots. If you plan to attend, now is the time to secure your space. You can fill out your application and mail it with a deposit or email the app and call us with credit card info. We are excited about our teachers so far and will publish who they are as soon as all four are confirmed. (559)642-6611

To keep Stampendous fans updated on their changes..... I had a nice chat with Fran, owner and designer of Stampendous. She is doing great and looking forward to having time with her 90+ year old Mom. She definitely made a great decision to market her designs through Spellbinders. As I mentioned before, you will not be seeing the older images once the inventntory is gone. There are new images scheduled to come out in January. If you are looking for older images, you may find them online at Spellbinders.com (search Stampendous). Spellbinders is also still in negotiations with House Mouse to produce and market their images. We should know more details on both companies in January.

We hope to see lots of new goodies that will inspire you (and us) as we participate in the upcoming virtual shows. We will keep you updated on what's new!

                                                             What's New?

Well...as I told you the new Graphic 45 collection, Flower Market, is to die for. If you like floral prints you will love this collection. There are 12 papers, each with an all-over print of a specific flower.  There are daffodils, poppies, poinsettias....you get it! They are all stunning.

We have new dies from Honey Bee and some new 6x6 paper pads and a very interesting 6x8.5 wood grain pad. Honey Bee is doing something very interesting....they are providing instruction cards with their layering dies that clearly show which layer is which. It is very helpful when trying to figure out which wierd little shape is which! They will also be participating in one of the virtual trade shows whis is a first for them.

Also from Honey Bee are several new sticky-backed gem collections (one is all pearls)......really beautiful.

We have been going through the Lumberjack Red Distress inks like crazy. This tells us that it is really a good red! Finally a good red! More in Distress Oxide just arrived.

We are happy to start seeing availability on some of the items that have been hard to get....the large Tonic cutter just became available again. It has been on back order forever! Some of the mats are due back in stock, too. Hopefully other tools will soon be available.

End of year is always slim picken's for new product as vendors are winding down from Holiday and heading into Valentine's Day and Spring. We will be excited to know what will be new in January! Stay tuned!
