I hope this finds you well and all of you who live in the vicinity of the many fires in California are safe. We know what it is like to evacuate. I don't wish that on anyone. We are hoping for a safe, fire-free holiday weekend for everyone!
We have had lots going on here. Julie Kelly visited in August and will be back to teach again in October. Everyone really enjoyed her Pinkfresh classes. We are just waiting for the latest release from them so Julie can make samples for an October class. As soon as we have the samples I will send a special email with the class information. Be sure to watch your inbox!
We are anxious to see the new Graphic 45 "Let it Snow" collection. We have ordered everything in the collection. I received notice it should ship next week. Linda Mosely is planning a Box class using this beautiful paper. We thought the Halloween paper was the best collection ever...Let it Snow may top it! We have also ordered all colors in their new paper flower collection. I really like these because they are pretty flat and will be great additions to your cards.
Besides the new G45, we have ordered new fall and Christmas papers as well as some new fun camping/forest paper. We always have to stock mountain-y paper!
Buttons Galore is an embellishment company that has come out with jewel collections in individual containers that fit in a plastic box. The collections are similar to Pinkfresh but with different color selections. We have a nice selection of the new sets on the way. A girl can never have too many gems, you know!
For those of you who have signed up for the next Hero Arts Stamp-Along
on September 18 and 19, we should have all of the products that will be used in a couple of days. We had lots of customers who signed up with Hero Arts for their first Stamp-Along and really enjoyed it. If you are interested in the Hiliday Stamp-Along, Sign up on the Hero Arts website
. The cost is $25. You can follow along to get ideas, or if you want to make the projects, we will have what you need.
We hope you will join us for classes soon as we put together projects with the latest stamps, dies, stencils and papers to inspire those fall and holiday projects. Stop by or call with your wish list. We are always happy to ship!
We have received the Pinkfresh fill-in order for all who couldn't resist the stamps, dies washi tape, and jewels used in Nie's classes. Speaking of jewels....we received more of the Jewel collections that were a big hit. If you haven't seen them, be sure to check them out.
Honey Bee will be buzzing in real soon! I can hardly wait to get my hands on the Sunflower die...I have a future class in my brain!
We finally restocked our "acrylic paint" wall. We have customers coming in all the time asking for paint so we like to keep a good stock of colors even though we rarely use acrylic paint on our paper projects. I think we should figure out a way to incorporate them into our cards and dimensional projects now that we finally have plenty of stock! ( it has been absolutely crazy that so many items have been back-ordered or just unavailable!)
We have Slimline envelopes (white) available by the piece....buy one or 77. If you are experimenting with slimline images and don't want to make your own envelopes, we have them.
We have shipments from our main distributor and those that come directly from a company at least twice a week....stop by to see what's new. The cats love to get new boxes so we can't disappoint them.
Be sure to check our classes
and Facebook page.
