Is 2017 really half over?

I guess because we are so busy at the beginning of the year due to Stamp Escape, we are always surprised when the year is half over. Speaking of Stamp Escape, we now have our contracts with The Pines Resort. I will be updating the website with the Great Yosemite Stamp Escape 2018 information and registration form. I am happy that with negotiations and a couple of small changes I was able to keep the registration fee the same as 2017. I am still working with several teachers and will update that information as soon as it is finalized.
Of course half over means we are now thinking about Christmas. Robin is back from her hiatus and her cards this month feature the new collection from Heartfelt Creations. Now that she is designing for them, she gets everything in advance so you will get to be some of the first to see the new collection.
In July there will be more fall and winter collections coming out. We love getting to fill in with Halloween, Fall and Christmas/Winter papers, stamps, dies and embellishments.
I haven't had a catalog in .pdf format in a while that I could share with you. The latest catalog from Stampendous just came and I know you will enjoy browsing the wide variety of stamps, dies, and other products. You should have gotten an email with a link to Tim Holtz' video announcing the release of 12 new Distress Oxide Ink colors. We are again offering a 10% discount on a bundle of all 12 new colors of pads and refills. I love the newest colors. We have had so much fun with the original colors with their unusual ink properties. If you haven't tried them, you really should. WHAT'S NEW?
We have received some really cute embellishments from Queen and Co. We have Pearlies, a pack of 8 colors of little pearls, Fimo Fun in both Posies and Hearts and Stars. We have more styles and color collections on the way! I really like the Diamonds we have on order. They are like tiny cut diamonds....pointy back not flat. Would be fabulous in a shaker card.
New stamps sets and stencils are here from Altenew. Among the stencils are the layering stencils in Dahlia and Kaleidoscope. We have a variety of their other stencils, and stamps sets.
For those who are part of the rock painting craze, we have filled in on colors of acrylic paints and also have sets of inexpensive paint brushes.
As mentioned above, the second release of Distress Oxide Inks should be here any day. The first collection flew out of here and we have reordered multiple times. I think the new colors will be even more popular!
We have fill-ins and some new additions from Nuvo. We can't seem to keep the Nuvo Drops in stock, and we have also received Nuvo Mousse. Melissa is using the gold on one of her class cards this month. Check the photo of the one that has a honeycomb background (black and gold).
There is a company in India that has some interesting glitter. Heartfelt Creations uses it on their flowers to get that really sparkly look....like they are dipped in sugar. We have the Rajni Chawla Clear Glitter in stock. If you love shaped flowers and want that special look, we have the glitter for you.
There are lots of other little things like Jewel Pickers, Pen Blades, Tim Holtz 5" Snips, and other must have tools waiting for you!
