 Hello;
I hope you had a yummy Thanksgiving and survived Black Friday shopping. Now we are on a count-down to Christmas, so if you haven't started your Christmas cards, you had better get going.....look who's talking! I made my 8th idea proto-type, and I finally think I have decided what I want to do. Maybe I'll make all of those others for the next 7 years and be ahead of the game.

We are planning our trip to Winter CHA in January. It seems like we were just there, but time flies when you are having fun!  The Craft and Hobby Association Mega Show is truly a big event. We get to see all of our vendors and look for new ones. I have been getting calls with vendors wanting to schedule appointments so we have plenty of time to see everything new. We will be closed a couple of days when we go to the show, so watch for the January newsletter for the schedule. Speaking of schedules, we are having fewer classes this month due to the dates Christmas and New Years both fall on. Be sure to check the class schedule for our 'last minute' Christmas Classes.

We heard a pitter patter on our roof last night and got a smidgen of rain, and tomorrow we are supposed to have a good amount....we need it so badly. I have been trying to think of a new name for Bass Lake if we don't get rain this winter....it sure won't be a lake any more.

Speaking of Bass Lake, our annual event, The Great Yosemite Stamp Escape is filling up. We have a few places left, but considering that it is the first weekend of May, we are thrilled to see this much interest so early. Please call to ask any questions you might have, and to be sure we still have space before sending any money. We will start a waiting list when we fill up.

Check out What's New? because even though it is the end of the year, we are getting in new goodies every day.We also have been working on  Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, and Easter.....yep, Easter! I just heard from one of our vendors that paper and embellishments we ordered for those holidays will actually ship starting the 8th of this month. Spring is coming!

Merry Christmas from all of us at The Cat's Meow!

What's New?

We got in a great last minute Christmas paper collection from Pebbles. It is whimsical and comes with lots of coordinating embellishments.

We have new dies from Lawn Fawn, Taylored Expressions, Memory Box, and Elizabeth Craft Design.

The new Graphic 45 Time to Flourish (their new calendar release) is here in 12x12, and two different 8x8 pads, along with matching tags and pockets.

We have been bulking up our embossing folder selection and have some really fun ones. I have seen several people using them to emboss designs into polymer and precious metal clay lately.

By mid-month, we will have Valentine stamps and dies from Taylored Expressions, so you can plan ahead. We are also filling in on lots of bling!

Check out Robin's and Melissa's classes at www.catsmeowstamps.com and call to reserve your space.
